气虚体质与益气食物 Qi Deficiency and Food For Qi Nourishing

We always hear from the elderly that consuming ginseng can help to nourish Qi, but how do we know if we should replenish Qi? What are the symptoms for people who have Qi-deficiency?

Due to metropolitans’ stressful lifestyles such as overwork, unbalanced diet and lack of exercises, these could be common reasons that cause Qi-deficiency. Here’s a short list of the common symptoms of Qi-deficiency:
😮‍💨Weakness, lethargy
😮‍💨Low, soft voice, little desire to speak
😮‍💨Shallow breathing
😮‍💨Pale, bright face
😮‍💨Poor appetite
😮‍💨Loose stools
😮‍💨Indigestion
😮‍💨Spontaneous sweating
😮‍💨Pale tongue with a thin white coat, may have swollen sides and teethmarks
😮‍💨Pulse is generally slow or weak
